It’s no secret that cheesesteaks are like an artform in these parts. I mean, we literally invented the sandwich. And, just like with the Phillies and the Eagles, we take pride in making a truly authentic, truly great cheesesteak. We have spent countless hours perfecting the art. That’s right, instead of taking the easy route and reheating a frozen Italian roll that’s been sitting in the freezer for who-knows-how-long, we bake all of our baguettes daily to build the perfect base for an exquisite sandwich. Then we add our delicious, thinly sliced 100 percent beef and top it off with American cheese to create the perfect sandwich.
But, that’s not all we can do. Now’s when the fun part starts.
We of course can add fried onions, peppers or pickles if that’s what you’re craving. We can also dress up a steak with some sauce and mozzarella cheese if a pizza steak is more to your liking. Or add some lettuce and tomato if a cheesesteak hoagie is what you want. You could also swap out the american cheese for some good ol’ cheese whiz.
